Return Policy

We pack our candles as securely as possible, but on the rare occasion where a candle arrives damaged, please contact us and send photos of the shipping box and also the damaged item. This will allow us to file a claim with Australia Post. 

We are happy to replace or refund (at our discretion) any product that is damaged or faulty. 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
